Tel Aviv City Tours

Tel Aviv Guided Tours and Walks

The Tel Aviv municipality is going to great lengths to make the city more tourist-friendly, and has started offering free guided tours. You don’t even need to book these in advance – just show up in time at the meeting place. There are also several paid guided tours available.

City Bus Tour

Time: The ride starts every weekday at 9AM, 11AM and then every hour until 4PM. On Fridays the last bus leaves at 2PM.

Meeting point: the ride begins and ends at the Reading Power Station, north of Ibn Gabirol Street.

Price: 45 NIS for adults, 35 NIS for children

Sit comfortably in the municipality’s red roofless tourist bus, and go through all the major tourist spots without getting up from the comfort of your seat. The whole ride lasts two hours, though you can get on and off at the numerous checkpoints at the allotted time. Among the many stops: Neve Tsedek, old Jaffa, Rothschild Boulevard, and more.

It is audio guided, and available in eight languages: Hebrew, Arab, English, Russian, French, Spanish, German and Italian.
